Returns & Cancellation Policy
We take great care with our quality and strive to deliver items in perfect condition.
If you are, however not satisfied with your purchase due to fit or any other reason you are welcome to return the item(s) within 7 days after purchase, to initiate your return, please email returns@bbinternational.co.za and our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days. The item(s) must still be in its original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags.
Please note that no refunds will be made on sale items.
Once we receive your return, a credit will be sent via email that can be used towards your next purchase online or instore.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Payments & Delivery
We ship all over South Africa – local pickup or door-to-door courier (R100). We offer free delivery for orders of R1 000.
Secure payments can be made on the website using PayFast.
